A Difficult Time Made A Lot Easier! After the passing of a family member, we were left to handle their home and affairs. We were somewhat unfamiliar with the real estate market in the area. Jeannie and Will stepped up, took care of renovations, appointments, and much more. They handled everything with professionalism and care. In quick order, they were not just our realtor, but great friends too! They got us a fantastic price on the property and made it as simple as possible for us! We have dealt in a lot of real estate transactions, but this was by far the smoothest!

Jeannie has been very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me sell our home in Florida. Jeannie was there to answer all my questions and suggest tips to make my home more eye pleasing both inside and out. After I returned home to Michigan Jeannie was there to make sure everything was ok at the house and to keep me informed regarding potential buyers. We absolutely loved working with Jeannie Ulmer! She truly cares about you and went above and beyond what we expected. We closed on our house during Hurricane Irma, Jeannie made things happen while others were being cancelled. She even helped the sellers (she wasn't their realtor) get things accomplished so they could move to their next home. It was such a pleasure working with Jeannie during such a difficult time. In March of 2020 I listed my home with realtor Jeannie Ulmer. She was prompt responding to my call and explained the whole process of selling a home. Listed it on a Thursday and Monday morning it was "SOLD." Any questions or concerns beforehand were always addressed immediately by her either in person or a phone call.
